I am a licensed psychologist in New York providing individual psychotherapy services to adults. I meet with people remotely as well as in-person at my office in Delhi, NY. As a generalist and solo practitioner, I work with people who are able to function in critical ways, yet have concerns about their wellbeing and are seeking to live more healthy, present, and authentic lives.
