• MCAT provides help during a crisis to children and adults in Oneida, Herkimer, Schoharie, Otsego, Delaware and Chenango Counties.

• MCAT seeks to de-escalate a crisis situation, preventing possible harm, keeping the problem outside of the legal system and avoiding hospitalization when appropriate.

• MCAT has the ability to respond to crisis where they occur.  MCAT works with the individual, family and community agencies.
